Facilities Planning and Scheduling now handles responsibility for academic course scheduling and non-course event scheduling in general purpose classrooms. Any non-course event requests in general purpose classrooms should now be submitted to Facilities Planning and Scheduling. Users will be able to view room use in real time for general purpose classrooms around campus through a Web application called WebViewer ( http://webviewer.wvu.edu ). Requests for non-course events in general purpose classrooms can be submitted through the WebViewer or by sending an email to scheduling@mail.wvu.edu.
